Travel grants and funding
The below links can be helpful for finding grants or funding to
cover travel costs, conference fees, printing costs and also for
submitting research funding proposals. More funding tips and links

Twice annually, Umeå student union announces the availability of
scholarships from the SJCKMS Fund. Each semester, up to 50 000 SEK
is awarded to doctoral students at Umeå University, and the purpose
of these scholarships is to support doctoral students in their
work. In order to be eligible to apply for the scholarships, you
need to be a resident of Västerbotten, Västernorrland och
Norrbotten, and a member of one of the student unions at Umeå
University. Scholarships can, on occasion, be awarded to
undergraduate students (3rd year BA and MA students).

Blanceflor Ludovici-Compagni, née Bildt awards substantial
grants to post-graduate students or those with an advanced degree
for longer periods of study away from one´s homeland in the USA,
Sweden, Italy, Switzerland, England, Germany, Japan or Canada.
